I'm a newbie here so forgive my ignorance. I would like to buy an Autel scanner but need to know which models will be able to get the cluster needles to sweep and ideally show an input I set (30mph, or 3000 RPM etc. ) For US cars (but we do Euro too ) I would like the lowest priced one of course as I don't need other hi end features.BACKGROUND My small company repairs clusters, but we are stymied on ones that I cant even get the self test to run, as we don't have the car, just the cluster to test. I know I will have to rig the OBD to cluster wiring. BTW sometimes we buy engine modules to fake the cluster out. But sometimes the cluster wants the right VIN.
